Works really well with the Unimarc light gun I have. The upgrade-unlock system keeps you coming back for more and the in-game challenges give this game much more depth and replayability than appears on the surface. More than worth the sticker price : ). Totally worth every cent!. You get what you pay for. Mad Bullets is a cartoonish railshooter where you blast western-themed cardboard cutouts in a rendered 3D town. This is no House of the Dead, nor is it even a traditional arcade shooter. There's no story. The camera loops through the streets and the game begins when you press the space bar. The only goal in Mad Bullets is to rack up more points, buy upgrades to rack up more points, and unlock achievements. Unfortunatley, a good 5-10 minutes session will only net you $50-80 coins. You need about $250-$500 to get the better permenant upgrades and one use upgrades are $25-$50 a piece. It's fun for a few minutes, but there are SO many games on Steam for under $2 that will give you an experience just as good as or better than Mad Bullets.. I just installed my aimtrak light gun on my pc and this game rocks with it! Only other game i played with it so far is hod 3 and i cant get multiplayer to work since the two guns both read as a mouse. This game is awsome and ill put up a video on my youtube acount of it in action on my arcade waleswideman on youtube. I play games 3- 12 hours a day, it's my job some would say. and this is true, which brings me to why i am writing this review.I don't make any money by thumbing up or down a game on steam. what i do get however is my readers trust, and if you know me at all. you will also know that when i say silly over the top fun to play game, i mean exactly that. the game is cheap under 5$ Canadian that's dirt cheap, it offers countless hours of playtime, with different modes, and seeing as it is a game where you just shoot the bad guys in the face (sometimes innocent beautiful ladies oops) , or chickens/piranhas. you can always hit retry over and over again to play endlessly. The game gets an easy 8/10 from me. however the reason it only gets 8 is due to some minor glitches, bugs, and the lack of music slider. The music is way too loud to be enjoyable for long periods of time.
