Use your psychic powers to rifle through your teammates' minds and uncover their secrets. But beware, the list of traitors is different every time you play! · Unlock and level up a huge variety of skills. Who is ‘The End’? What are his real motives? Only by gaining the trust of all your team members can you find out! Developed by Lancarse, creators of many highly acclaimed JRPGs, and originally published by FURYU Corporation, Lost Dimension has an incredibly impressive pedigree. The game's intriguing storyline was written by Jun Kumagai, the Tower level designs were headed up by Takeshi Oga, while the character designs were provided by Yuu Yamashita and Makoto Tsuchibayashi. For the first time, you can now play the critically-acclaimed Lost Dimension on PC, featuring all the thrilling tactical RPG gameplay of the console original and a raft of PC-only improvements. The world is waiting... ________________________________________________________ What the reviewers had to say about the PS3 version: While the original console versions of Lost Dimension received highly-coveted Gold Awards from a very well renowned Japanese gaming magazine company, this is what other reviewers had to say: “Lost Dimension is an incredible title, with a constant sense of escalation and drama.” 4.5 Stars out of 5 - Digitally Downloaded “Lost Dimension is a unique title that tries to bring some originality to RPGs, as well as a new form of replayability. The core concept is fantastic and makes the story thought provoking.” 8.5/10 - PSU.com "Gripping character work complements deep combat." 8.4/10 - NZGamer “It's a genuinely satisfying and memorable tactical RPG that I won't soon forget.” 8/10 - Destructoid _______________________________________________________ 7aa9394dea Title: Lost DimensionGenre: RPG, StrategyDeveloper:FURYU CorporationPublisher:Ghostlight LTDRelease Date: 30 Oct, 2017 Lost Dimension Activation Code [key Serial Number] It's a great game for a good if you like turn based rpg and some detective work.. Game runs for the most part pretty well (I did notice a few hiccups upon starting battles and times when the audio would go off for awhile). Price is also very fair.Story is your typical cliche highschoolers with magical powers save the world from some evil antagonist. The battle system is very similar to Valkyria Chronicles with the ability to pass your turn to extend a teammates turn. Very early on in the game you learn that there is a traitor among your ranks and you must use your insight to figure out who it is and convince your party members as to who the traitor can be.This game has a true ending that requires a second playthrough with minor differences to the first. My favorite feature in this game is that you can assign any party member abilities from other members who are no longer in your party.Overall: 8/10Intro story voice acting still sucks.. Lost Dimension is another PS Vita game that got unnoticed (also released for PS3 too), and ported onto Steam. Needless to say, I've heard about the game since last year thanks to it's catchy final boss theme, but because it was on the Vita, I could never get itplay . But since it's on Steam I finally have the chance to play it. Pros: - Interesting mysteries in the story, and a great reveal for them- The areas are really cool to look at, same with the models of allies and enemies- The portraits have hair physics and look sweet- The music is catchy and memorable (time of joy is overused though)- Opening gets bonus points for being in the game (and you can even put in your own song if you mess with the file, for better or for worse)- Levels can be tough, but there's never a need to grind thanks to side missions (and beserk)- Sanity meter adds a good limit to how you use gift abilities- The traitor mechanic, where any unit can be the traitor besides Sho, is really well done and easily the most unique part of the game- Each unit feels unique and useful - Very replayable thanks to the traitor mechanic and gift abilities transferring to other characters thanks to Fate Materia- Always satisfying to beat levelsNeutral: - Voice Acting is only in English, and a lot of them don't do a good job, they lack emotion- Characters are iffy, some are really interesting, others just didn't connect (George and Zenji come to mind)Cons:- This port is filled with tecnical problems (audio cutting out during battle, random crashes at the end of missions, AI don't move around their own allies letting you negate an attack, etc.)- The sections where you influence who gets voted off after each mission gets repetitive after awhile, especially when you know who the traitor is- The ending is kind of anti-climaticOverall, a 9 of out 10. I really enjoyed Lost Dimension, and for $20 (I got it 40% off, also in Canadian dollars) I got more than my money's worth. I'm currently on my third playthrough of the game, and I'm still not sick of it yet.. It runs smoothly on my Surface Pro 2 with i5-4200U 1.6GHz, 8 Gb RAM and integrated HD Graphics. Oldie but a goldie. You start of as a team of 11 ascending a mysterious tower to defeat the enemy, only to discover on each level a traitor among your crew. Root out the traitor through a minigame because if you don't, there will be consequences. I bought the game because I find the premise interesting, and I was not disappointed. The strategic layer of the game is intriguing, the characters refreshing (although a little cliche), and the JRPG combat and character ability system fun and engaging. Especially chain assists in combat, they are very OP and truly satisfying to pull off in the game.. Lost Dimension is an excellent turn based RPG originally released on PS3,the game's PC port is very well done allowing for 4K resolution and 60 FPS and running well even on underpowered rigs, the game's graphics have aged very well in part thaks to it's excellent artstyle and the game's soundtrack and voice acting are very good too.The story is pretty typical for the genre but it's well told and the gameplay is very tactical requiring very careful planning, also the character progression system impressive as well, there are a ton of different skills and powers that keep things fresh and interesting throughout the whole game.Overall the game is really solid and highly raccomanded to every fan of RPGs.. didn't know it was a visual novel.. I played this game on the PS3 and loved it. When I heard it was on Steam, I rushed to the store to buy it! I actually got it 60% off, but I was fully prepared to pay full price for one of my favorite games. 10/10!. The story of the game is going up the tower to kill the "Final Boss". You are able to do sub-missions to get extra exp and talk to your 11 team members when you come back from the mission (the lobby area). This reminds me of Persona quite a lot but you don't get to roam around the city since you are stuck in that "tower" persa. There are traitors among the 11 members and you have to figure out one by one throughout the chapters and get "rid of them". Yes IT IS RANDOM which makes it more fun. This affects the ending as you might pick the wrong person and the traitor is still among you at the final boss. It does have "some" re-play value too.It is a turn based game as seen in the video and I would say get this game when it is on sale :). This game could have been good if not for Ghostlight usual habits to NOT fixing broken games. Screen, video and crash problems since day one haven't been fixed(and they won't).If you don't want to support an editor who bring unplayable/broken game without fixing them(ever). Then do not buy this game.
